Shipping & Returns


All orders received before 15:00 with clear payment are normally dispatched same day (Mon to Fri). All orders received after 15:00 will be processed next working day. We use Royal Mail, myHermes, Yodel and other couriers for your parcels. Once your order has been dispatched we will send you a confirmation email along with the tracking and courier details.

If there is no one to receive or sign for your parcel, post man / delivery driver will leave a card for you with further details. Royal Mail will only hold the parcel for 7 days and it will be returned to sender after 7 days if it is not collected. If the parcel is returned to us, an additional charge for re-sending will be applied. And if customer wishes a refund rather than being re-delivered, a delivery cost will be deducted from the refund even if the parcel was qualified for a free delivery. 

Delivery normally takes 2 - 5 working days. Please let us know if you don't receive your parcel within 7 days of dispatch. 


If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, unwanted goods may be returned for a refund or exchange. Please return them in their original condition, unused (with their original packaging), with all labels and tags still attached within 14 days of receipt and we will refund the costs on a no quibble basis. (We regret that postage costs cannot be refunded). Please note that we will not cover the cost of returning items. It is customer's responsibility to send items through appropriate courier with tracking details.

Please allow 7 days for your goods to be returned by your chosen courier and for the refund to be processed.
If you wish to return an item that is faulty, then please contact us using the email address info@newhorrizon.com  and include as much information as possible.
We will reply to you to get any extra information that we may need, which may include photos of the product and the packaging.
Please do not return anything until we say, as this may prevent us from being able to deal with your request.

We aim to reply all queries within 24 hours.
